1. Business Launch Pack Offer

The Business Launch Pack is a limited-time promotional offer by KBN Software Pvt. Ltd.

• First 25 confirmed businesses are eligible for the launch price of ₹3,999 (Inclusive of GST).
• Thereafter, the promotional price will be ₹4,499 (Inclusive of GST) for the remaining offer period.
• The offer is valid only during the announced promotional period or until withdrawn by KBN Software Pvt. Ltd.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice after the promotional period.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

• Submission of the required business details.
• Payment of the advance amount.
• Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

3. Payment Terms

• 50% Advance Payment is required to initiate the project.
• Remaining 50% Payment must be cleared before the website goes live.
• Domain registration and hosting setup will commence only after receipt of the advance payment.
• A valid GST Invoice will be issued for all payments.

6. Client Content & Asset Responsibilities

To ensure timely project delivery, the client must supply all required information, including:

• Branding: Business Name, Logo & Brand Assets
• Contact Info: Contact Details & Physical Address
• Website Copy: Text content for About Us, Services, Products, etc.
• Media & Links: High-Quality Images & Social Media Links

7. Domain & Hosting

• Includes One Domain Registration (subject to availability) and Hosting valid for 1 year.
• Premium domain names may incur additional charges.

8. Annual Renewal Charges (ARC)

The first year is included. From the second year onwards, recommended Annual Renewal Charges apply:

• Content modifications are chargeable at ₹500 per consolidated change request.
• Addition of a new page is chargeable at ₹500 per page.
• Major redesigns or custom feature additions will be charged separately.

10. Revision Policy

Includes up to 2 revision rounds before final approval. Revisions requested after approval/going live will be treated as maintenance requests.

11. Static Website Limitations

Does NOT include Admin Panel, Dynamic CMS, User Login, Database, Payment Gateway, E-commerce, Booking System, or Custom App modules. Upgrades are available for these features.

12–15. Upgrades, Compatibility & Support

• Upgrades: Available anytime to Business, Dynamic, or Enterprise solutions.
• Browsers: Optimized for Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari.
• Fair Usage: Prohibits illegal/adult content, malware, spam, or mining.
• Support: 30 Days free technical support post-delivery.

16–18. Ownership, Copyright & Refunds

• Ownership: Client owns business text/images; KBN Software retains code framework rights.
• Refund Policy: Non-refundable once domain/hosting/development starts.
